Breakfast is the most important meal of the day because it jumpstarts your metabolism & thus helps you burn more calories though out the day.

I feel like breakfast is such an important meal because depending on what you eat, it will either give you energy or set you up for failure for the rest of the day. I love eating eggs in the morning mixed with some veggies. The combination keeps you feeling full & satisfied for hours.
This recipe is very simple & only takes a few minutes to make.
Healthy Spinach, Onion Mushroom Egg Breakfast Recipe
Prep time: About 5 minutes Total time: About 15 minutes Serves about 2
INGREDIENTS:
1) 2 Cups of Spinach
2) 1/2 White Onion
3) 2 Cups of Small Portobello Mushrooms
4) 1 tbsp of Olive Oil
5) Garlic Salt to taste
6) Parmesan Cheese
Recipe: Sauté the onion in 1 teaspoon of oil for about 2 minutes, then you can add the spinach, mushroom & garlic salt to taste. You can cook the eggs on a separate skillet or cook them after the veggies are done. Put the eggs in the skillet & then after a few minutes flip them to the other side. Put your veggies on a plate & add the egg on top! Enjoy!
